Order cancelation/Refunds:
You may cancel your order any time before your item ships (usually within 3-5 Business Days) for a full refund, less the credit card/processing fees, which are often automatically witheld by the processor. Unfortunately, orders marked "In-Transit" or recieved by the parcel carrier must be returned at your expense (buy insurance) before a refund can be issued.
Quality Guarantee:
I guarantee my work will ship free of unacceptable cosmetic defects (cracks, major warps etc...), excepting pieces listed as "seconds" which, while remaining perfectly functional, may contain minor cosmetic defects and are sold at a reduced price. I try to provide as much detailed information (photos, dimensions, etc...) on each piece as I can in to ensure that you feel comfortable with the item before you give me your hard earned money.
Shipping:
Shipping charges on multiple purchases or separate orders that ship together will be refunded any overages within 2-3 business days.
I typically ship most orders via FedEx, UPS and USPS within 3-5 business days to anywhere within the continental USA. International shipments will be issued a payment request from PayPal for the additional charges. The overall shipping cost usually determine which carrier I use, but orders shipping to HI, AK and PR will likely ship via USPS. If you are unable to recieve packages from one of these carriers, you must leave me a note in the comments or delivery instructions on your order or under the 2nd address line, if available. Please be aware that shipping with another carrier may slightly increase your shipping charges. NOTE: A.C.Burns Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged items. If you wish to add shipping insurance, include that in the comments as well and you will receive a PayPal money request for the insurance . In the unfortunate event of a lost or damaged piece, I am happy to do all I can to help in the claims process by providing any relevant photos or shipping information, if necessary but I will not submit the claim to the carrier for compensation if shipping insurance isn't purchased. Rest assurred, I pack my shipments like a pro and damage is rarely an issue.
